What if wasted spaces, resources, and opportunities weren’t just left to rot—but put to work for the people who need them most?
This wasn’t just an idea. It became a movement.
The first ReSpace project was built without a budget, using only reclaimed materials, shared skills, and a small network of people willing to work together.
Proof that when space, skills, and opportunity come together, the outcome is greater than the sum of its parts.
Its working. It works.
Now, the ReSpace Alliance is uniting individuals, community groups,
landlords, and councils to take this idea further -
unlocking spaces and resources that would otherwise go to waste
and making them work for everyone.
From One Space to a Growing Network
What started as a single project has now become a network of spaces, people, and partnerships
